Roselyn was extremely professional and empathic with my concerns especially considering the nature of my visit. Not once did I feel my fears were discounted or dismissed but rather she was confident in her doctor's skills and it came across. Also, Dr. Yamamoto was very patient and had a great manner especially when explaining the procedure and listening to my concerns. The entire time I felt like I was with the A-Team.
Today was my very first appointment at Oral Surgery Hawai’i and to even schedule this consultation was nerve wracking. I am absolutely terrified at dental procedures due to a horrible childhood masochistic dentist so trusting a new dentist - a surgeon, no less - was frightening. However, everyone at OSH was so calming, so welcoming, including Dr. Blake Kitamura. He was compassionate, understanding, patient, and very supportive after hearing my fears. I somehow left there without sweaty palms and much less anxiety. His assistant was great as well; very calm and nice. Great experience. Everyone was very friendly from the front desk staff to the nurses and the doctors. They explained everything very well and my sons 4 wisdoms were taken out and it was so quick and the staff were very kind and made sure he was ok and u details the post procedure instructions. Highly recommend oral surgery of Hawaiʻi if you need any type of oral surgery done. Thank you both Dr. Yamamotos and staff ??
