I have been putting off going to the dentist forever because I absolutely hate them. I finally bit the bullet when I had a horrible toothache. This office has been amazing from the front desk staff to the dentists themselves. Everyone is super friendly, they're very transparent with their billing and they can usually get you in very fast. I am so relieved to have a dentist office for our family that I do not have to dread going to.

I love my dentist who makes sure I care for my teeth! His Clever Hygienist showed me a Hack to clean Behind my teeth by closing my mouth and moving my electric toothbrush around the back of my teeth with my mouth Closed because it now had more space! Pretty cool, right?

I haven't seen my old dentist in forever. So I decided I needed to find else where. I called to make an appointment because my tooth was hurting. I got an appointment the next day with Dr. Chang. He is so nice. Everyone there is super nice. I got X-rays and got fitted for a night guard. They upfront told me my insurance may not cover the cost of the night guard. I was okay with that because I need it. Overall, they took the time to do a comprehensive check and made my appointment for cleaning. That also was a good experience. It went by super fast and the girl who did my cleaning (sorry I forgot your name) she did a wonderful job. This place makes you feel comfortable.

The Aiea/Pearlridge Gentle Dental is conveniently located on Pali Momi Street between Kamehameha Highway and Moanalua Road, across the street from Pali Momi Medical Center. We offer flexible hours for your convenience, including evenings and weekends, and accept most insurance plans. For those without dental insurance, we offer our Gentle Dental Smile Plan that provides low-cost preventive and diagnostic care, as well as discounts of 20 percent or more on most dental treatments. We also have payment plans available as needed.
