This is the amazing company you want to hire for concrete/waterproofing problems!!!!! My boyfriend had a leak in his basement for years. One side of the basement didn't have any dry wall because of it. He changed all his windows, waterproofed his stucco wall, caulked the "belly board," had his "flashing" & roof checked over the years and nothing worked. Some of the multiple leaks stopped but there was always water damage after a big rain storm. After while he gave up on ever fixing the problem. Then Engineering consultant Horst Brandes came over and pointed out a few areas that could be causing the leak and recommended we call Central Pacific. My boyfriend was hesitant to call because of all the disappointment he's experienced over the years. But I encouraged him to try. Willie came over for a site inspection & was confident they could solve our problems. He sent over a proposal and then scheduled his crew to start work the following week. Willie met his crew on day 1 to review the work that had to be done. Mike & Danny were very friendly, polite and professional. They updated us on what they were planning to do each morning & walked thru what they accomplished at the end of the day. At the end of each day, they left the basement clean and tidy. On day 2, like detectives, Mike & Danny found the source of the leak that no one else was able to find all these years! (Faulty construction left a gap in the floor where the foundation & stucco wall met & window installers created a crack in the stucco wall.) 3 days later everything was repaired so beautifully. After the repairs, Mike conducted several long water tests to ensure there were no leaks. And Willie will schedule a final inspection of their work next week. My boyfriend still can't believe that the leak that was there for so long is finally gone. Central Pacific & Mike & Danny are miracle workers. And we look forward to finally putting up some dry wall. =)
