Cumberland was an absolute life saver for a survey that had to be done QUICK for our home sale to close. He heard me out and was able to get out there asap. I had made 20 calls before him and I wish they were my first! They will be my go to surveyor from here on out. Thank you!!

What a great experience! Thank you for addressing our survey so promptly! I called and basically needed it done in two days - we live in South Carolina and we're buying a property in Folkston so we could only come down on the weekend. Eric had it sketched out for us so we could walk the property before our arrival. He was professional and courteous. He took the time to answer TONS of questions from me when he emailed us the sketch. He emailed the finalized plat yesterday as promised. We are happy to say that as stressful as a real estate transaction can be while not living locally Eric sure made this part of the experience stress free!!! Thank you ERIC!!!!!!!!

Top notch, very professional with personal service. CLS found documents and surveys from the 1700s on land that I recently purchased. It was a pleasant surprise and amazing how much history these guys were able to uncover.
