I believe that if Michelle and Chey could’nt do the job, they would go to school and get certified and licensed so they COULD do the job. Great work ethic and love having them as friends to.

Chey and his team encapsulated my basement. We have had mold and water problems for years- and to say that is a thing of the past would be an understatement. It’s like another world down there now. I feel like I’m walking around in Dexters Laboratory. They went above and beyond, raking the dirt, hauling off trash, and installing a full perimeter French drain. I’ve already used them again on a rental property! 10/10. You should trust them to do the job well and safe.

As a property manager for forty years I deeply appreciate the fact that Chey is lightning fast in taking my calls, is very knowledgable AND practical in his area of expertise, and competitively prices his services.
