Vasyl does an amazing and conscientious job of diagnosing and then fixing problem appliances. Our 5 year old dishwasher just up and died with no explanation so we called for help. Vasyl was scheduled with a 2 hour window, he texted well on time during that period to let us know he was on the way, arriving around 9am. He diagnosed a dead motherboard and the problem that caused it, then had my wife call me at work so he could explain the whole process to both of us before proceeding and giving us a quote that included applying his service call fee to the work. Very fair pricing, especially in today's market! We then asked him to look at water and condensation issues with our garage fridge. He diagnosed and figured what it would take to fix those issues as well. He had to go buy parts and told us he could be back in the evening to fix all this, if it was ok with us. It was because we were relieved to be able to get use of our dishwasher asap and not have to worry about the fridge any more. Arriving back at our house a little after 6pm, I was able to meet him as he went about correcting our issues while being friendly and professional. He worked until after 8pm helping us put our home back in order with working appliances. Hard working, dedicated, dependable, honest. These are words I'd use to describe Yasyl. He will be our Go-To Repairman from now on, and I'd recommend him to anyone with appliance repair needs!
Vasyl is very professional, friendly and quick. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Price was fair, no ridiculously high labor costs and repair was fast. 5 star service.
Even though it was cost prohibitive to fix it he was super up front, on time, and an honest tech. I've saved his information and will use him moving forward.
