We are family owned and operated. During the years we have been established, there have been opportunities to grow into a large company. Mostly because my dad and I followed his strict rules of ethics. We took on a partner who loved our reputation and soon we had many employees and were for a time a large company. My father became extremely I'll and we almost lost him. But almost a year later we realized that we had lost something else. We lost our business identity and clients were numbers. My Dad refused to come back because he would be ashamed to work for that company. We have by choice returned to just a small family business. He says atleast now we can keep our WORD! When a company can do that then it's worth working for!
