“Lori helped me schedule since the web glitched on me 2x saying this location is not available for online booking. I called 2 days later and was helped by Lori who was happy to help, said I saved her a phone call she was actuallygoing to call me! When I arrived Macey was at the desk and smiled and welcomed me. She took me to a room to watch a video but after she was also very thorough and thoughtful in review and suggestions for my comfort for my first float and I appreciated Macey's insight and extreme care. Overall a good experience. The only part i wish was different is the soundproofing of the building or at least the rooms? I enjoyed the experience but was super hopeful for absolute silence 🔕 it's so hard to find. Hearing planes and construction I had the music left on low because I was warned of the noise by Macey. Thank you Macey you rock 🪨”
