She took me to a room to watch a video but after she was also very thorough and thoughtful in review and suggestions for my comfort for my first float and I appreciated Macey's insight and extreme care. Overall a good experience. The only part i wish was different is the soundproofing of the building or at least the rooms? I enjoyed the experience but was super hopeful for absolute silence 🔕 it's so hard to find. Hearing planes and construction I had the music left on low because I was warned of the noise by Macey.
