This review is long overdue but I got into a car accident almost 2 years ago which required me to receive chiropractic care and I was genuinely so lucky enough to find Grand Oak Healthcare! From Day 1, Dr. Giles, Rebecca and Liz were SO welcoming, kind and focused on ensuring I’d get back to feeling like myself again!! I truly cannot say enough great things about this office and how they made me feel like family, 10/10 experience! I have since moved out of state but I look forward to stopping by for a visit whenever I’m back in town! Thank yall for everything! :)
I have been going to Steve Thacker for years. I have been to 3 chiropractors since 2005. One of them without a doubt harmed by body with too forceful manipulations. I had to get prolo therapy injections to tighten my SI joints that the chiropractor harmed. It took a long time before I could trust chiropractors. However, I finally did and went to another one for a period of time. He was good but was in Jonesboro which was a long distance for me to travel. Someone finally recommended Steve and I tried him and the rest is history. He is caring and listens to what your concerns are. He addresses those concerns and in my case without damaging force. I had a good first experience here the workers were very polite and patient with me till I was ready to be checked. These two girls were very kind and welcoming and there’s names Lucero and Joselyn very hard working people, very clean place, very nice, would definitely recommend coming here!
