I neglected to fully torque the lug nuts on one wheel of a dual axle equipment trailer. The wheel actually came off the trailer and I was stranded in Winder. I limped into Bob's Tire and waited until they opened. Andrew went WAY above and beyond to replace all the studs on the trailer drum and straightened the grease cap that got bent. He even personally drove to the parts store to grab the parts needed. He and another worker got be back rolling within a couple of hours and charged me a very reasonable amount for my error. Thanks guys!!!

My 1st experiences at Bob's Tire were as good as it can get for diagnostic consultations , estimates ,mechanical repairs,alignment and a new set of tires. They certainly earned all of my future business. Update 8 14 2023..still doing good work on my cars. Update 11 20 2023...Still servicing my cars..New update 9/3/2024.. Bob's Tires continues to service my vehicles satisfactorily.

The best auto repair in Winder. These guys are honest. Been around in town for decades. As a woman, it's difficult to find a place where you know they're not trying to get over on ya but I feel that these guys are trustworthy. Always get my car done in a timely manner! Not just tires. Any work done on your car, just had my oil changed today, super quick. HIGH RECOMMENDED
