After checking back in multiple times to schedule with her, she finally told me she would be at my house this morning by 10. I scheduled my day around it. Finally at 10:30, after messaging her again she said she was on the way and would be there in 20 minutes. I text her twice after seeing where she was and she never responded and never showed. Do not recommend contacting her for any cleaning services.
No show after no show after no show. Took weeks to schedule our deep clean after 3 or 4 last minute cancellations. Gave another chance for bi-weekly clean and twice within two months said they were coming and never showed. No call or text until days later. Not worth the headache - find another cleaner!Services: Standard cleaning
Marsha & her crew initially cleaned our camper as a working interview. She refused payment because she learned the camper was leaving for Louisiana for emergency relief with my husband's tree company. We thought that was very "patriotic" of her so we hired her for our bi-weekly house cleaning. I had to reschedule my 1st clean due to a water issue but was open with her for when she could reschedule. And we ended up deciding Fridays would be my cleaning days. Fast forward 2 wks. (Fri, Oct 1) to my regularly scheduled cleaning day when I have been dealt excuse after excuse and put off day after day of why she couldn't get to my house.
