Best Massage offers a range of massage experiences, with reviews highlighting both positive and negative aspects. Some customers have reported feeling deeply relaxed and impressed with the level of care and attention to detail, particularly during the foot soaking and body massage portions of the service. The use of hot stones and the option for soft, medium, or deep pressure massages have been praised. However, other customers have had less positive experiences, noting discomfort with the massage technique, such as rough handling and what felt like scratching with fingernails. The cleanliness of the facility and the behavior of some staff members, including wearing gloves during the massage and appearing bothered by customer feedback, have also been criticized. Despite these concerns, many customers express satisfaction with their overall experience and plan to return. Prices are reported to be reasonable, making it an attractive option for those seeking a more affordable massage.
Booked a 4:40 appointment for a combo massage and truly was not expecting the amazing experience I had today. Ana was my masseuse and she has the hands of an Angel. I’m pregnant and she worked around what I needed and provided information to better my experience. 10/10 recommend and will be back.
This place is very clean and nicely remodeled. The linens on the beds were nice and tidy. My therapist gave a great massage. It was not a walk in massage place type of massage she used hot rocks and a warm towel. She was careful to keep me covered.
Wife and I just got a couples massage. We were totally satisfied. I generally get 6+ massages a month. I will be back. My wife rated hers a 9.5/10. That’s a very high rating for her!!
