I had a mass on the back of my leg that needed to be removed. Dr. Baucom was amazing. He shared with me what the procedure would be, and what the next steps would be, and made me feel completely comfortable and ready for the surgery to come. On the day of the surgery, Dr. Baucom and his staff were amazing! I felt comfortable and calm going into the surgery. I was very confident in his and his staff’s ability to get rid of the mass that was on the back of my leg. Today I went in for my results and to see if I needed further exploration only to find a smiling staff and a smiling surgeon to let me know that they had completely removed the mass and that there were no additional cells from the back of my leg. I cannot recommend this practice enough. They are amazing! From the time that you come into the office to the time that you’re leaving, you feel cared for and you’re not just another patient… You are a person to them and you are cared for by them. I would highly recommend anyone to come see Dr. Baucom and his staff!
Dr. Baucom is exceptional. I was extremely concerned about the surgery and the look of the scar. Dr. Baucom did an amazing job addressing my fears and giving me a nearly invisible surgery site. It is like a weight has been lifted off my shoulders. Update: I am 9 days out and the surgical site looks fantastic.
