They went way above my expectations! They were very friendly and their prices are very reasonable. On a scale of 1 to 10 they are a 20! I definitely recommend Waynesboro Emporium for your flowers.
There was a memorial service I wanted to send flowers for last minute, I called all the big places in Augusta but it being Mother’s Day weekend no one could help. Flowers on Broad said to call Waynesboro Emporium and ask for Mrs. Peggy, so I did. She couldn’t have been kinder and more helpful, and the plant arrived before the service and was big and beautiful!! I’m so thankful to Mrs. Peggy and the whole staff!
I ordered my daughter some flowers to be delivered on her birthday and they delivered them on the wrong day but when I called to tell them they apologized and said they overlooked the delivery date and they would deliver something else on the correct date. The morning of her birthday I called to ask them about it they told me they had her on top of the list . I was very pleased with the customer service I received 😀
