I give a five because no nail salon knows what short nails are they did a great job but I need short nails nobody gets that, I know why spend money on short nails, well cause that's what I asked for and it's my money, now I have to make my nail short, cause nobody listens to their customers

I went in a nail salon here in and the Mike was so darn friendly, kind, warm hearted, humorous and spoke 3 languages. OMG this guy has personality for days. He knew all of his customers by their names. A homeless guy comes in he even knew his name, they spoke, the man got some water. . I’ve been to a lot of salons but never ever have I been into a shop that had Asian people of this caliber!! It was such a breath of fresh air to happen upon this place! I btotally understand that in business you have to go all out, gotta do what you can to have repeat business and having a great personality will ensure future return customers! I had a rough last couple of weeks I just wanted to get my nails done. The owner was so great taking care of my nail bed. He made me laugh the whole time. Such a positive atmosphere.
