I had a very nice experience on yesterday at your facility. The clerical and medical staff that I had contact with were very polite and cardial. I had a very delicious lunch before I left. I would highly recommend this facility to my family and friends.
I had a great experience while in the recent care of Burke Hospital for knee replacement surgery. It was my best experience I have ever had by any hospital before. Every staff member that I came into contact with was so helpful and friendly. From check in to release. I will definitely recommend the hospital and the staff to everyone.
I had a full shoulder replacement. Most of the staff, from the admission ladies, to the lab folks, prep nurses, staff members walking down the hallways, and of course Dr. Nick Capito and his team were amazing!! 5 Stars…however, the recovery nurse was a huge disappointment! She was short with me, she was actually rude and would answer my questions in a condescending way. That’s not the way a patient recovering from a pretty big surgery to wants to be or should be treated. Maybe she was having a bad day, but overall my experience was great!!
