This was my FIRST visit to Burke Health. I accompanied a family member for a knee replacement. The care and compassion that was shown to us was absolutely superb! When we entered the Outpatient Surgery front door, the Receptionist greeted us with warmth and helped us to feel comfortable with the experience ahead of us. The entire process from beginning to end was seamless, and every staff member was compassionate. Dr. Doman came out to the waiting area immediately following performing surgery and reassured me that everything went perfectly! Extremely helpful, anytime I called and when I arrived, they were very efficient. Also gave my visitor, my husband, a free meal with his visitor badge. So welcoming and worth the 40 minute drive.
