Directions Call Suggest an Edit
Called to get a bid on a project, was told I needed full plans before they would bid. I explained I was looking for a full service GC who would work with an architect to draw up plans, was told I still needed plans before they would talk to me. Condescending and unprofessional.
I sent an email asking a question. Never received a response so I called. The young lady said "Yes we received the email but I didnt respond because it will be 6 months before we could get to it or even give an estimate". A simply response with have been fine vs. not responding at all.
