I purchased a pre owned Ram Promaster van from Nick Ruiz at the Paul Sherry dealership in Picqua OH. I had a great experience there. The van was a conversion creation from Sherrod Customs. We have found it to be of great quality and the features that are in the van are great. The kids love it and it provides great comfort for the driver and passengers alike! I would like to rave about this company. I have had my sherrod for about 3 years now and when I say this company goes above and beyond that is an understatement. Every time I have called them with any question they have went above and beyond to make sure my every concern was taken care of (even though they were minor). They made sure my truck was fixed (even though it wasn’t my lift kit that was messed up) before I got my truck back. I will forever trust them with my vehicle and absolutely love the quality of their customer service. Not to mention I love my truck
I am so impressed with Sherrods customer service and extremely happy with their products (I have a 5" lift and step bars on my Dodge). Everything is very well made and solid. You can tell these are quality products made to last and made right. Even more impressive is their customer service. I had a small issue with one of my step bars and they went way above and beyond to correct it, amazing. I was truly shocked how well their communication and support was, it would have been impressive even back in the days when business actually did care about their customers. Thank you to all.
