do not buy from this company! be aware! i give zero stars. i purchased a home being sold by delda lee hagin and agent neal murphy in november, 2021. he and delda hagin failed to disclose a debris pit the size of a large swimming pool - covered with leaves - in the backyard, a flooding patio and now i discovered a septic tank versus public sewer. delda hagin checked public sewer on the disclosures, checked no soil problems, and never mentioned any of the issues. delda hagin along with neal murphy lied on several key critical and material sections of the disclosure statement to obtain more money for the property and to maximize their profit. the agent neal murphy knew of the debris pit and went along with his client in never disclosing to me. you will not get the facts from this agency or their sellers. steer clear. these are not just words, i have actual documents and facts to back up every statement here. public be warned. when you lie and don't tell the buyers of issues with a home, and sign statements on public disclosures indicating otherwise, you have committed fraud upon the buyer. be warned public. Bad company very unethical!

I wouldn’t use Wendy Mattox again. Was not informational at all. I’d text once every couple weeks just for a update on the property I was selling, I may get a response or I may not. If I did get a response it was very short. She definitely wasn’t worth the commission that was paid to her. Apparently I’m not the only one who has had this unprofessionalism by her. I showed my property more than she did. I thought realtors worked for who ever was paying the commission. Sure didn’t seem this way with Wendy.

Stay away from this company they will show a house to their clients even when you are home with no appointments. They walk in on me and my kids the realtor did not knock or ring the doorbell also with my car in the driveway.
