Anytime I need a PDF of my taxes, they quickly send it with no hesitation. They are very friendly and honest. One year, I was accidentally charged twice and Mr. Lester called me and wrote me a check for the amount of the second charge. He could have very easily just kept the double charge but he was honest. This is a great place to do taxes.
