“Absolutely great guys. Mr. Oxford and Mr. Austin with Lairsey Plumbing worked diligently on my drains from my kitchen to the outside pipes. They got it done. Both are very nice and respectful young men and are great representatives of Lairsey Plumbing. I recommend this company to all. J.B. Sweat.”
Pearson Service Co
“I cannot say enough good things about Pearson Service Company! From the moment I called their office until my air conditioner was completely repaired, their entire team was absolutely wonderful.
The person who answered my call was friendly, helpful, and made me feel like getting my AC taken care of was truly a priority. The communication throughout the entire process was excellent, and the technician who came out was professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and took the time to make sure everything was working properly before leaving.
It’s rare these days to have such a positive experience from beginning to end, but Pearson Service Company delivered exactly that. Every person I dealt with was kind, professional, and genuinely seemed to care about providing great service.
When your air conditioner goes out, especially in the middle of a hot summer, you want a company that is responsive and dependable. Pearson Service Company exceeded my expectations, and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing HVAC service. They have definitely earned my business in the future!”
