4/18/23 I originally gave this company a 3 star review. I have just demoted it to 1 as the screen binding on the porch is coming out. I called and left a message that I have photos of where it is coming out at the top of the screen in 2 different places, and have not received a response. The porch is coming up on a year old.I will update again if I ever hear from them.Father, son and grandson built 3 sets of steps for our mobile home, a deck and also screened the deck in. We are very happy with the quality of the work and the happy attitudes of the team while they were here. The only exceptions that for some reason they did not put a hand rail on the steps by the screen going to our carport, which is needed. They did not take the time to sand any of the hand rails, but said they would when they came back to build the lean to for our water tank. This was the beginning of July, it is now Oct. 20th. Around Sept. I asked Mike if he changed his mind about doing this job, as well as putting gutters up on our carport and he said he would do it. We had not communicated till he finally answered the phone the week before hurricane Ian was kind enough to miss us, but we have not heard a peep from him. I'll update if and when I hear from him.
