I am in the city of St Marys, I am very thankful that the city switched to Cumberland from the previous provider. They are quick, efficient, and professional. The last waste management company would take weeks, some time longer than a month to pick up yard debris. Cumberland has it gone in less than a week. Also with household disposal, called and put in a ticket and it was picked up the next day. residences have given the city a lot of grief about the price being higher than the last, but I believe it is well worth it.

Dealing with Yolonda is as easy as can be, she’s always on time, super respectful and always responsive, best in the business!

Cumberland Services recently took over our trash service here in Saint Mary's. So far, they are doing a fine job, but I would love to see a composting program implemented.
