Customers describe Best Choice Roofing as great, pleasant to deal with and a great company with great staff. Representatives handled everything so customers did not have to, did everything in their power to get things done, and were impressive. The company offers financing if insurance isn’t an option. One customer’s roof replacement was smooth and stress-free, with excellent customer service and clear, consistent communication every step of the way. Customers are very satisfied and would recommend Best Choice Roofing to anyone with roofing issues or in need of a new roof.
I highly recommend Best Choice Roofing and Faith and Ali are extremely nice and helpful. They are 100% dedicated to doing the best job possible and they help with filing a claim with your insurance and stay involved until the last piece of roof is on.
Give them a try. You won’t be disappointed.
I have to admit, I was skeptical at first, you know another company trying to make a dollar off of you, but Best Choice Roofing was great! Very pleasant to deal with. Faith was the representative I spoke with, she handled everything so we didn't have too. She did everything in her power to get things done. I was really impressed with the company as a whole. I would recommend BCR to anyone with roofing issues, even if your financial situation isn't the best. They offer financing, if your insurance isn't an option. Just a great experience all around!
My mom recently had her roof replaced by Best Choice Roofing. Paul out of the Waycross office made the entire process smooth and stress-free. From the start, he provided excellent customer service and maintained clear, consistent communication every step of the way! He took the time to explain everything and answer any questions that I had. His willingness to work with me on pricing was very greatly appreciated as well! The whole experience and the quality of work that was done exceeded my expectations. I would definitely recommend this company if you’re in need of a new roof!
