This company goes above and beyond to give their customers what they want and deserve. They listened to my needs and ideas and came up with a lovely monument to commemorate my loved one. Everyone - from the front office staff, the people who built and set my memorial, the salespeople, and even the President of the company - was kind and courteous.

I have dealt with Bailey Monument for over 8 years now and I have always found them to be professional, helpful & knowledgable. Plus in talking to other friends I have found they share my comments but add that they dealt with the loved ones monument in a caring manor, and were mindful of their loss and didn't treat them as 'just another customer' in other words they care, which is rare these days!
