I can’t say enough good things about Airpro. The technicians arrived exactly when they said they would, took their time explaining the problems and solutions, and left my house better than they found it. The staff were friendly and took pride in their work. Absolutely would recommend to my family as well as yours.
Truly amazed at their prompt service! We have been dealing with an issue for 2 years. We had contacted a local company who had installed our unit a few years back when the problem arose. This company kept telling us it was “nothing” and dismissed it to us not changing out the filter enough times. Issues continued and we began having stains appear on the ceiling where the duck work was. Airpro came right out to give us a quote and get us booked. They came out today to do the work and I was very much amazed at how clean they kept everything and how honest they were. They even informed me of other issues they found and fixed. I truly appreciate their honesty, great communication and wonderful service! Will definitely be calling them again for any other HVAC needs! Highly recommend! Nowadays it’s hard enough to get ppl to call back or even give you a quote but this company has it together!
Friendly, prompt service! After two other companies (including the one that installed the system) failed to stop the pan in the attic from overflowing, Airpro got the job done in one trip! It's been a year, and we've had no more problems. Thanks, Airpro! Edit, date June 10, 2024. I can't find a way to give another review, so I'll do this. It's a very hot day here in Waycross and our A/C quit working. A phone call and a couple of hours later, and all's good again! Fast, friendly service! Brent, you're a life saver!
