When I walk in the door, Ms Debbie who works at the front desk, always has a smile on her face. Talking to Ms Debbie, it feels like we have been friends our whole life, she is awesome. Then you meet Dr. Rion, he is one of the nicest and friendliest doctor's I have ever met. He remembers thing I have told him, like if I go on vacation or something, he remembers and asks me about it. Anytime he is adjusting me he explains everything he is doing and how it affects my body as a whole. I recommend everyone to come and see Health 1st Chiropractic. Definitely a 10 out of 10.

After a rear end auto accident, I ended up with whiplash. It impacted everything I did. I was in a lot of pain. Another Chiroptractic office was recommended to me first by a friend. The receptionist was so rude I decided it was not the place for me. I was so incredibly lucky to have been sent over to Health 1st Chiro by my physio Dr Paulk in the same medical complex. I was greeted with a smile by Debbie with such warmth and kindness. I took a deep breath when Dr McClland walked in the room also with a smile and a very kind heart. Health 1st Chiropractor has the Best Service and Caring Assistant, (Ms. Debbie). Dr. Rion McClelland is a Great Chiropractor! Dr. Rion McClelland listens to me explain about all my extreme pain I have been experiencing. He has been adjusting & treating my neck, shoulder, spine, lower back, & hips, which has help me tremendously! His treatment has enabled me to function & have a better quality of life! I highly recommend Dr. Rion McClelland and his Assistant Ms. Debbie at Health 1st Chiropractor!
