Had some trouble with my ac not keeping up with the temperature it was set at. Macie answered my call early Saturday morning and got Chris out to my house before noon. Loved the quick response and had great service!
My AC went out and I called Hales Heating & Cooling. They responded incredibly fast and had a technician out first thing this morning. Robert was the technician and he was excellent. He took the time to explain everything clearly and even showed me pictures of where the outdoor unit may have had a fire, which helped me understand exactly what was going on. Unfortunately the unit needs to be replaced, but I really appreciated how thorough and honest he was about the situation. What impressed me most was his professionalism. He was very friendly, respectful of the home, and even put on plastic shoe covers before coming inside. Great service, fast response, and a very professional technician. I would absolutely recommend Hales to anyone needing HVAC service.
On one of the coldest day in January our heat went out. I called their office to schedule an appointment and was greeted with a quick response to repair our heat. They scheduled quick (same day) and kept me updated when they would arrive. Their technician Bill called and advised me he was headed our way. Bill did a great job of finding the cause and he repaired it fast and kept us updated. Always great service. Thanks
