With the virus still around, I had to wait in the car but the Dr. Bates came out and told me everything I needed to do for my new to me 🐕. The staff is great. I will be taking all my animals there from now on. Update I went to the vet today for flea meds for my dog. Next month I will be taking my dog to get her toe nails cut $15.00 is a great deal.
Recently we had to make the hard decision to put our best furry friend of 17 years down. It was a painful decision for me, my fiance, and our kids but the staff there were amazing. Dr. Bates is the best vet in the Athens area. I switched to Dr. Bates from another local vet who did not know my dog or me after 10 years. Dr. Bates has come to know my dog and has provided spectacular care and consultation as she has aged. She is now 13, and Dr. Bates continues to steer us in the best possible direction for my dog’s health and well-being, making sure we are able to make the most of whatever time she has left.
