The first time I had to call Athena air was actually on Easter Sunday. I text the number on the website at like 8 something at night cause my air stopped working and being pregnant and hot was not a good combination. I didn’t think I would hear from them until Monday, but they text me like 10-15 min later and said they would have a crew at my house tomorrow and would call me when they were on the way. To say I was shocked would be an under statement! Monday came and they called me at about 3pm said they were headed to my house. They came figured out what it was which was a free on leak. They fixed the leak added more free on and the air started working better than it had ever ran!!! Fast forward to 2 weeks ago. I got home from picking kids up from school walked in the house and realized something was definitely wrong with the air. So again I called Athena and it was about 2:30 they told me they were booked but would see what they could do. 30 min later Jessie calls me and said he is on his way and would be there in 20 min again I was blown away by the fast service!! Once they got there realized they didn’t have the part so Nick brought it out and in no time my air was working perfect again! So Thank you so much Athena Air!! I would recommend them again and again! They care about there clients and will definitely go above and beyond to do what they can!!!
