I had an eyebrow wax appointment on July 12 at 3pm. Arrived early to shop and be on time for my appointment. The lady checked me in and pretty much forgot about me or purposely leaving me there. At 3pm, I just left and checked out with the products in my bag. 12 minuets later she canceled the appointment so she didn't look bad in the system. 3 stars because the other employees were friendly and helpful.
Diana is the G.O.A.T. hands down!! Helped skin match me AND teach me a bunch of neat tricks on how to get my foundation looking flawless AND the perfect red lip for me. I didn’t even think I could wear a red lip?! Great selection of products and great staff.
If they have what you need, this place is awesome! Unfortunately this location often seems out of shades and it doesn’t seem like they are reordered very often. I have never had any issues with the staff though they always seem very friendly and willing to help
