David did an incredible job assisting us at Shirley Hills Baptist Church. After I called the help desk to submit a ticket, he followed up within 15 minutes and was on-site within 30. Although the issue took most of the day to diagnose, David remained patient, professional, and committed—making several calls to Cox and working closely with them to help get us back up and running. By the end of the day, he had identified the problem and put a plan in place to ensure the right people would be on-site the next morning to complete the repair. TCS is a great local company to have for your business. They are IT for Peach County and Matthew Collins is young, enthusiastic, and does a great job on any work order I have placed with TCS. The best characteristic about Matthew is once he makes contact with you he immediately make sure all your computer needs are met before he leaves where its on-site or remotely. And I appreciate all the great work the entire TCS Team does but most importantly I wanted to recognize Matthew who is a young and ambitious guy.

Thanks Matthew for resolving my computer issue within 24 hours. I am enjoying the speed since the laptop has been installed. I also wanted to send a special thanks to the entire TCS team (Charlie, Tony and Matthew) for getting the Peach County network up and functioning. We all appreciate your time and persistence on making sure we were back on network.
