We stopped at RCI XL on our way to Ohio to get our 2018 Allegro Red RV serviced and new tires put on at RCI XL on November 17, 2025. Customer service is top notch. Sydney made sure everything we needed was brought in to get us in and out in 1 day! Now we feel more confident that our RV is ready for this trip and we will definitely come here next May to get it serviced again before we travel out west for 5 months. We highly recommend RCI XL for your motorhome needs!
This is a gem in a business full of cut glass. While there, the three people in the waiting room went on and on about the place. The manager personally showed me where to park my coach. Every person I met was impressive. I never rave about RV shops because they almost always disappoint me in some way. This is a first. If you live anywhere near Warner-Robbins, GA, consider yourself blessed. Michelle, the highly competent manager, was exceptionally impressive. She has surrounded herself with a rock solid team of RV pros. I give RVI XL my highest personal recommendation.
