I contacted Platinum when I needed a repair on our soffit next to the chimney. The office manager, Jessica, is awesome -- very helpful and informative and friendly. She set us up with an estimate appointment for the very next day. Ben arrived promptly at the agreed time, took a look at the situation, and said he could fix it immediately. The price was very good! He was meticulous in making the repair -- it was not just slapped on -- and blended right in with the surrounding structure. Everything about my experience with Platinum has been outstanding! Let me start off by saying that initially, the service and communication was awesome. The crew they sent out to remove and install the roof did an amazing job. We dealt primarily with Jess and Ben. After the install, there were a few spots where old shingles had accidentally hit the side of our house during the removal and left tar stains on our vinyl siding (multiple spots). Ben said he would come out and take care of it, multiple times, and would not show up. At least a phone-call or text would be nice to let us know you’re not coming, multiple times. Hey this is Michael Howard from Byron I just want to give a big shot out to Todd and everyone at Platinum Roofing. They did a great job on redoing my roof,from start to finish. From Todd to the office staff and roof installers everyone was super nice and knowledgeable. They came out on an early Saturday morning and were done by 2:00 pm and did an awesome job. I recommend Platinum Roofing to anyone in need of a new roof.
