I contacted Platinum when I needed a repair on our soffit next to the chimney. The office manager, Jessica, is awesome -- very helpful and informative and friendly. She set us up with an estimate appointment for the very next day. Ben arrived promptly at the agreed time, took a look at the situation, and said he could fix it immediately. The price was very good! He was meticulous in making the repair -- it was not just slapped on -- and blended right in with the surrounding structure. Everything about my experience with Platinum has been outstanding! I had them install my black metal roof and then later as i was completing my project, had them install my gutters and downspouts. Both crews were very knowledgeable about there products and the installation process. Every question I asked was answered with complete details and helpful information. I have had many contractors work on my new home but none of the others showed the same pride and professionalism as your company does. I would recommend them for all of my roofing and gutter work.
