Is 10 stars an option? After Hurricane Helene, I noticed that my carpets were wet. Contact Mean Steam and they came out and cleaned up the water, dried it out, treated for mildew and odor and cleaned it. They came by every day for a week to check on progress and figure best next steps. My carpet has been saved! I cannot recommend this small local business enough. And the pricing was so darn competitive. The owners even checked on things while on vacation. The customer service is sublime. Worth every penny!
