The man who did my nails (barely said two words the whole time) just made up an imaginary price at the end of my service. I told him the math wasn’t adding up and he tried to reach over the counter and put my card in the reader. It’s my birthday so I didn’t even trip. But honestly mediocre service for a wild price.
This place is good with pedicures. However, I usually get designs on my nails and after asking if they can do the design my nail tech went ahead and completely did her own thing. Each time I go to get my nails done the technicians never provide good customer service to their clients and come off as rude. I have tried to give this place a few chances but will not be coming back anymore.
I liked being able to schedule online and get a same-day appointment on a Saturday. It’s not my usual salon, but it was clean and comfortable. The tech did a good job.Only thing is that my $40 pedicure ended up being $55 at the register. Maybe because of gel polish (?)Service: Pedicure
