Phone screen stopped working. After getting a quote of $350 from another place who would need to order the part, I tried iKrack. Garrett provided the best customer service I've seen at any place in years: friendly, knowledgeable, and most importantly honest. He didn't have the part in stock but called other places to see if anywhere could help same-day. While doing that he did a reset on the phone just in case and that fixed it. Saved me $340 the other place quoted. Paid right then to get the speaker fixed. He has all my future business and I'll recommend him to everybody. Truly appreciate the service he provided.

I love I krack they don’t try to rob you they always help you!! My grandson tablet had the end peace of a charger stuck in his tablet oh he been a sad puppy around the house for 2 days I took to ikrack they fixed it in 5 mins and with no charge don’t know if it’s because I’m a returning customer or what but they have great hearts!!! I love ikrack and my grandson do to!!!
