First of all, I owe First Response an apology for my long past due review, but it is never too late to say "Thank You". I am incredibly grateful for the outstanding service provided by First Response last summer, and it was the second time I used them. Our master bath had a sudden water leak, which eventually got my insurance company involved. As a landlord managing a rental property remotely, dealing with an emergency repair and insurance claim could have been a nightmare. I cannot say enough great things about Dale Richmond and his team! We had two leaks under our crawl space and they handled the entire process with top notch expertise and care! The entire staff stayed in close communication throughout the entire lengthy process and helped us weigh all of our options with the best quality in mind. I cannot say enough great things about Dale, Arlene, Aaron, Jonathan , Travis and other staff members. They made us feel like family during this entire process. We are very grateful and happy with our end result. We will always highly recommend First Response!
