“I called them about a dental emergency after calling around and failing to find a dentistry that could see me. Not only could they see me that day but they squeezed me in as early as possible which I greatly appreciated. Every dental assistant was so so nice and the doctor, I unfortunately never learned his name, was an absolute saint. He made me feel validated and comfortable while there and informed me I would need a tooth extraction and did it right then. I am so relived to be out of pain and so thankful this dentistry is around. I would highly recommend this place for anybody looking for a comfortable and welcoming dentist.“

“We have to pay for my daughter’s dental work due to no dental insurance. Dr Poole offers a discount for paying in cash that we take advantage of. We really love Dr Poole being her dentist. He is a really good dentist and he has done a lot of work to safe her teeth. He explained the importance of good brushing and dental floss to her because he is concerned about us spending all that money and it being a waste unless kept clean and maintained. Dr Poole and his entire staff are friendly, polite and professional and we appreciate them so much. I would recommend Dr Poole to everyone and so glad he has been so friendly and professional each time we have been in for a visit. My daughter use to be nervous about the dentist chair but likes Dr Poole and his staff a lot. So thank you all for helping her and keeping visit pleasant.“

“I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Hartwig and her staff. Since childhood I’ve hated everything about dentist visits and for years avoided them all together. Dr. Hartwig however has been nothing but excellent. I was new to the area and needed a crown put back on in a hurry and she got me in no problem. Since then I’ve had multiple appointments and every time the appointment has started at the time it was scheduled for… which in modern medicine is unheard of!! She fixed a tooth other dentists for years had said I was just stuck with. Thank you!!“

“Today was my first visit to Family Dental Associates and I can tell you that you truly feel welcomed at this office. Andrea was my dental technician and she made sure she informed me of everything she was doing during the x-rays through the cleaning. She is a professional and she made me feel at ease during the entire process. Dr Alex Bell came by to talk and take a look at my teeth. I have never had a dentist spend that much time explaining what he saw and any potential concerns he had. Even my wife raves about the staff and dentists here.
