John seemed very knowledgeable and was polite and professional. The total price for repairing our washing machine wasn't cost effective so it will be scrapped and have to purchase a new washer. That wasn't the fault of John or Appliance Magic but the manufacturer Whirlpool.
I really, really... REALLY had to resist the urge to fix my dryer myself. I'm glad I resisted and called Appliance Magic. I was very impressed with their customer service, prompt scheduling and ultimately how quickly and painlessly they resolved my issue. Denise was great over the phone explaining everything and getting me scheduled. John was our technician. He did a phenomenal job and was very courteous. I know it seems like I'm laying it on pretty thick, but it's true. Thank you!
Second time I have used Appliance Magic and both times have been very positive. A couple of months ago, I had refrigerator problems. I had an LG fridge and it stopped working. Appliance Magic told me I should go ahead and buy a new fridge because it would be almost as expensive to get the new part and have it installed as it would to buy another fridge. I have since discovered a lot of people have had the same issue with LG fridges. I don’t recommend them as my fridge was only five years old.
