I’ve been a patient of All Care Medical Associates for several years, and I have truly seen the office improve over time. In the past, it was difficult to reach someone by phone, but that has gotten so much better. I also appreciate that they are now using the online patient portal more—being able to send a message and receive a timely response has made communication so much easier.
I currently see Nurse Practitioner Kamilah Griswold, and she is amazing. She listens to all of my concerns, takes the time to explain everything thoroughly, and makes sure I leave every appointment with my questions fully answered. This place is a joke.been going down hill for years.would not recommended this business to a dog.my vet has better service.they take a lot of older folks & those in facilities.you have to drive there to book a appointment because they don't answer their phones.wait times are very long.office staff are under qualified,arrogant,rude,talk over you,talk about you & make you feel unimportant.billing dept is the same.doctors are good though.i rate this business with a two star rating.i left this facility because of the above mentioned statement.
