Visited the store today and the customer service was fantastic from Haley. She tested out water and was so polite even helped my son and I get what we needed. There was also a very nice other lady. I should have gotten her name when we first came thru the door. But her smile beautiful (and tan)..very friendly.. so glad we stopped in. Thank you
We just had a fiberglass pool installed, from scratch, in our new home, through AAA. It looks fantastic. Other local pool companies in the area wouldn’t even speak to us when we visited their store. Not the case with AAA. This team has been with us and communicative since day 1, even allowing us to draw up the tentative plans ourselves. After opening the pool, they guided us through the “pool school” process. I can’t thank this team enough. The planners, graders, installers and design teams all worked together to bring our backyard vision to life. Thanks AAA. You’re our “go to” pool company to keep our water looking great.
My pool pump suddenly stopped working after a storm. They were quick to schedule and out to my house in 3 business days. Before coming out, they discussed possible issues and provided a quote upfront. When the tech arrived, Justin, he was able to diagnose the issue quickly and took the time to explain what happened and ways to prevent other issues in the future. He even helped with some pool 101 items for this new pool owner and made some quick adjustments to my jets. Pump/motor worked perfectly. He went above and beyond and I am so thankful for his help. I will definitely be using them again - and would highly recommend.
