I have been going to this nail salon for almost a year now. It stays busy which to me is a good sign. You wouldn’t want to enter a business and see just a few customers. I schedule my nail appts with Katie. She does a great job, gentle and so sweet. I always look forward to our appt together.
My tech Luna did a great job on my nails. The guy at the front desk was not friendly at all tho and acted like I was being difficult when I showed him a French tip design with a clear nail bed and he kept insisting I pick a color instead. I guess clear isn’t a thing? Anyway I almost left due to his weird attitude.. even the client getting her nails done next to me commented on him being rude and when I showed her the picture she agreed.. it’s literally just clear. Not sure what the issue was but I decided not to get that design due to the lack of understanding, but I was pleased with how my nails came out ultimately. Very good execution of the shape and length I asked for. I’d go back, but not a 10/10 first experience due to that man.
