Nice work! Our A/C quit working (apparently) yesterday. Called McCord's early this afternoon. They came and repaired - and cleaned - our system, in less than an hour. Even did some extras. Very good. Very knowledgeable. Hands down, the best A/C folks we have used, since we moved here. Give them a shout if you need HVAC work.
I was stuck out in California when my daughter called and told me the A/C died. All I could do was give Kelly & Tricia a call since they were the only ones I knew for advice. Kelly didn't hesitate, and got on it immediately, replacing the entire system. The system has been working perfectly ever since... and that was back in 2018. As we say in the Navy... BRAVO ZULU... JOB WELL DONE!!!!!
This company is great! I called them this morning and they were at our house within an hour of calling. They swiftly diagnosed my issue with the A/C unit, fixed it, went above and beyond, got it done in a timely manner, absolutely did not charge us a fortune and were on their way a little over an hour later. I was very impressed. I purchased the maintenance plan with them and will be seeing them again in the Fall to service our furnace. Just good, honest, straight-up people. I highly recommend. Definitely a much better experience than what I have had in the past with a couple of the big name HVAC companies in the area. There are still some good people out there and I am glad I found McCord!
