Impressive Eyebrows

I usually go here for my eyebrows, and have for years. The threading is much easier on my sensitive skin than waxing. The past 2 visits though have left my skin really raw. I think the last 2 Techs were new? They really scrubbed and drew the thread back and forth on my skin repeadly, unlike the normal procedure that the ladies usually do, where it's more like a lifting/pluck/pull out. This time broke my skin and really left me swollen and in pain. (Photo on yelp) It definitely makes me question going back, though. I know everyone has to learn....but I'd rather them not learn on me. EDITED 1/2023 I believe I know what the problem is. Previously, before covid, the techs did not wear masks, the thread was placed in their mouths and the thread on your skin was moved *away* from the body, between their hands and mouth movements. Since they are all wearing masks, that is not longer the case, so the thread is now being scrubbed back and forth on the skin more than before (which for my skin is causing cuts. This is still better for my sensitive skin than waxing, which blisters it....but man. I wish they would go back to the way it was before.)

I love Impressive Eyebrows! Every experience has been pleasant. Very professional & courteous staff. Always pleased with my eyebrow & facial threading. Definitely recommend!
