Was unable to extract my tooth terrible service I would like to leave zero I was in severe pain and left this office with a numb face and told that I had an abscess which I didn't. I will never visit here again. Very bad experience and service for me.

Dr Chauhan is a good dentist, but his staff are incompetent. I had an 8:15 appointment for a filling. I waited and waited and at 9:30 went to the desk and asked what is going on. They said they were short staffed and apologized for the wait. Short staffed? He is the only dentist there. So after waiting an hour and a half (with no update from the staff) they told me that they would have to reschedule me because they could not get me out of there by 10:30 as I had another appointment. So today was my rescheduled appointment, and they told me they took me off the schedule because I didn't confirm a text reminder? I thought I had, but even if I hadn't, I had an appointment and they took me off without notifying me? I'm done with them.

My husband used this dentist several times. I went as a new patient starting the visit with General cleaning. The cleaning went well however became strange after the hygienist step out to talk with dentist to review my charts. She came back with dentist. He did not examine my teeth after the cleaning. He asked alot of questions concerning my orthodontist care. He offered a 400 dollar botox use for tmj. The service left me feeling some sort of way. I will be canceling and future visits and my husband stated he will not be returning. My feelings is regardless of what a hygienist say, get to know your own customers. I will not invest 400 dollars for any service that do not respect me as a customer and give me full service you would give any customer. The entire situations left me baffled!
