Our dog had an emergency and unfortunately we live 2 hours from this awesome vet, so we had to take out baby to a local vet. Dr. Sheppard called and spoke with the local vet and consulted on treatment. She also called us several times to check on our fur baby and help us make the right decisions when dealing with an new provider. The staff is always caring and by pitbull gets the most love and care here!
I have taken my animals to several veterinary hospitals over the years, and I can say that if you want one who goes above and beyond for the health and wellbeing of your pets, this is the clinic! Dr. Sheppard and Dr. May are your doctors! Some of the best in the business!
Dr. Sheppard is very compassionate and knowledgeable in her field. I had a dog with a snakebite while she was out of town, but she still checked in to see how everything was going. I wish we had more vets like her!
