About Vidalia Veterinary Clinic
Vidalia Veterinary Clinic provides high-quality medical and surgical care to patients, while also educating and assisting pet owners in all aspects of pet care. The clinic's compassionate and knowledgeable staff go above and beyond to ensure the health and wellbeing of pets. They offer personalized attention, even in emergency situations, and demonstrate a genuine concern for their patients' welfare. The staff took very good care, sending updates and pictures, and were so nice. Dr. Sheppard is thorough, kind, and knowledgeable, truly the voice for your pet. All four animals are regularly treated for any issues and/or routine vaccines and exams, with a great experience. It’s a good place, though a little disappointed that they can’t give prices for procedures that other places can tell you right away. The clinic's caring atmosphere and commitment to exceptional care make it a top choice for pet owners seeking reliable and trustworthy veterinary services.

I've been to several vet clinics around Burke County and nearby counties. I was never fully satisfied with any of them, especially Ogeechee Vet in Louisville. I was impressed with Vidalia Vet Clinic the instant I arrived. The indoor waiting room was clean with no doors. The staff is incredibly kind to pet owners and loving to my fur babies. The vet took and vet tech took the time to explain things, not in a rush to get you out to get to the next pet. Prices are reasonable. For the first time in five years of disappointment in vet clinics, I finally have found the best vet for my furbabies and me!!

Dr. Sheppard and her staff are awesome. I manage a kennel, and the care of our dogs(13 of which are my personal dogs) is a top priority for me. They are thoroough, they are very patient with my questions or concerns and their communication with me have been timely, pleasant and show genuine care and concern for me and all my 4 legged children. Very happy with the services and absolutely love Dr. Sheppard and the wonderful ladies on staff there.
