Vidalia Veterinary Clinic provides high-quality medical and surgical care to patients, while also educating and assisting pet owners in all aspects of pet care. The clinic's compassionate and knowledgeable staff go above and beyond to ensure the health and wellbeing of pets. They offer personalized attention, even in emergency situations, and demonstrate a genuine concern for their patients' welfare. The staff took very good care, sending updates and pictures, and were so nice. Dr. Sheppard is thorough, kind, and knowledgeable, truly the voice for your pet. All four animals are regularly treated for any issues and/or routine vaccines and exams, with a great experience. It’s a good place, though a little disappointed that they can’t give prices for procedures that other places can tell you right away. The clinic's caring atmosphere and commitment to exceptional care make it a top choice for pet owners seeking reliable and trustworthy veterinary services.
I Took my Baby Gracie to Vidalia Veterinary Clinic over a week ago. The Staff as well as Katelyn and Dr. Shepherd were so kind, caring and compassionate! They went above and Beyond for my Baby to make sure she got the Proper care that she needed! They saved my Gracie's Life and we are forever grateful for them. I would recommend them to anyone who needs a Vet! Thank you Vidalia Veterinary Clinic keep up the amazing Work!
So so thankful for these guys. They have been nothing but helpful, professional, and amazing throughout this nightmare of my puppies having Parvo. They were able to bring my baby back to health within 24 hours and I truly can’t thank them enough. I know my baby boy is going to be ecstatic that his puppy is coming back home to him healthy! Would recommend this clinic to any and everyone. Thank you to Dr. Sheppard, Katie, Gracie, and Hannah for updating me constantly and taking such good care of Ginny.
The entire staff took very good care of my dog when she was sick. She received IV fluids and had to stay for the day. I was worried about her because she is not a fan of the Vets office. The staff sent me updates and pictures through out the day which I appreciated so much!. All the staff was so nice ?
