We called Elite for a quote on a new unit for our upstairs. They were prompt, courteous and explained things in a way the general customer could understand. They provided all the options but did not try to upsell us on something we did not need. They had our new unit installed the next day. The exact same day we called about a new unit, another stopped cooling. We had a house full of Elite HVAC technicians ready to get us cooling again. The name may have changed, but you still get the same quality service as Alexander Brothers provided. Very pleased!!!
Elite Comfort Solutions is a great HVAC company. They are the most knowledgeable HVAC company I have ever worked with. They provide great recommendations and are extremely thorough with their scheduled maintenance work and extremely responsive when I have an issue. Very grateful they are servicing all my systems.
